If service is disconnected, no utility shall be reconnected until all utility bills, past due charges, new meter deposit, and reconnection fees are paid.
- The reconnection fee is $45.
- The reconnection fee for after-hour reconnections is $100.
- Reconnection requests made after 10 p.m. will not be honored until the next day.
- Customers who issue checks that are returned for insufficient funds will be disconnected immediately; no further notice will be provided.
