Bryan Tipton, City Parks and Recreation Director, says the Hillsview team has been busy preparing for the 2023 season.
“We have upgraded our point-of-sale system, and we are working to make our website more user friendly as well,” said Chad Wise, Hillsview Clubhouse Manager.
Wise started as the Clubhouse Manager in March after serving in a similar role at Fourwinds Golf Course in Kimball, NE.
“I’m excited to get my first season started in Pierre,” said Wise. “We have a busy few months in front of us, including a state tournament. Hillsview will host the State High School Girls Tournament in June!”
In 2022, Hillsview had a 222 day playing season, hosted nearly 40 events and almost 29,650 rounds of golf.
Hillsview is a par 72 course that features bent grass greens, bluegrass fairways and tees. The clubhouse is a full-service facility featuring a pro-shop, snack bar, grill and seating for 85.
