Beginning late Thursday evening, parking along Capitol Avenue will be restricted between the Capitol Loop and the Capitol Avenue bridge. On-street parking will be unavailable on both the north and south sides of Capitol Avenue.
Additionally, as a safety precaution, motorists will not be able to make left turns from Ree Street or from the Capitol Loop. The restrictions will be signed and will remain in place throughout Friday, Nov. 10.
The restrictions accommodate storm sewer rehabilitation. The rehabilitation extends the life of the City’s underground sanitary sewer system.
