On Thursday, Sept. 21, no parking will be allowed on Capitol Avenue from Ree Street to Nicollet Avenue.
The parking restriction will be in place to allow the City of Pierre to add crosswalks to Capitol Avenue at the Foss Building and Soldiers and Sailors Building.
Capitol Avenue will remain open to traffic.
