The Pierre outdoor pool will reopen at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 5. No admission will be charged on Saturday, Aug. 5 or Sunday, Aug. 6.
Last month, Burbach Aquatics, a swimming pool consultant, determined that there was a restriction deep in the filtration system that was preventing the pool from operating properly. The filtration system has been repaired and the pool is operating correctly.
The pool is open daily from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a break from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
