Library Resumes Super Senior Days this Fall
Rawlins Municipal Library will resume its Super Senior programming this fall with a Recipe Swap, a Medicare Information Session, and a Craft Showcase.
The Recipe Swap is set for Monday, Sept. 10 at 10:30 a.m. at the Library. Patrons are encouraged to bring a recipe to share with other participants. The Library will make copies of the recipe to be shared with the group. Additionally, numerous cook books will be on display. Coffee and refreshments will be provided.
On Monday, Oct. 1, at 10:30 a.m. a representative from the SHIINE (Senior Health Information and Insurance Education) program will be at the Library to answer questions regarding Medicare Open Enrollment.
A Craft Showcase is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 15 at 10:30 a.m. at the Library. Participants are invited to bring something they’ve created –whether it be new or old, a scrapbook or a piece of art. Participants will then share and discuss those items. The Library will showcase a number of books about different crafting and hobby books.
All programs are free and open to the public.
